Job summary

DemandScience is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure and Security to lead global technology strategy, governance, and security, ensuring availability, scalability, and compliance across the enterprise.

You will own enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, risk management, AI governance, and vendor relationships while partnering with executives to align tech with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading global technology teams.
• Strong expertise with AWS, M365, Google Workspace, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical operations.
• Develop and execute multi-year technology, security, governance, and operational roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior technology leaders and global IT teams.
• Own workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with executives across functions to support growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and licensing.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response programs.
• Drive enterprise AI governance and emerging technology initiatives.
