Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure – Network & Security to lead global network and security operations, guide technical teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role covers strategy, incident response, cloud security, and infrastructure modernization across on‑prem, data center, and cloud. Strong leadership, hands‑on expertise in Azure security, and experience with security frameworks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading network and security teams.
• Minimum 3 years in consulting, solution architecture, or project delivery for infrastructure/security.
• Solid knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, cloud security controls.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams across network and security functions.
• Define and drive strategy and roadmap for network and security services.
• Oversee vendor relationships and project execution.
• Support incident response, change and service request processes.
• Maintain documentation standards and promote automation.
