Job summary

weSource Management Consultancy Firm seeks an experienced IT Audit Senior Manager to lead IT assurance engagements and support client relations across industries. You will oversee ITGC and ITAC reviews, manage SOX testing, and guide a team of 5–7 professionals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep expertise in IT risk, controls assessment, and strong stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality audits for local and global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• CPA and/or CISA certification required.
• At least 10 years of IT Audit/IT Controls experience.
• Strong experience in ITGC, ITAC, SOX compliance & testing, and IT risk & controls assessment.
• Minimum 2 years of people management leading audit teams.
• PCAOB audit experience and Big 4 exposure highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT audit and IT controls assurance engagements.
• Review and evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).
• Manage SOX compliance and testing engagements.
• Assess technology risks and provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and governance.
• Ensure audit engagements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing trusted advisory services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5–7 professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex audit and risk engagements.
