Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for End-User Support projects, coordinating IT, Business, Vendors and Partners across multiple time zones.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) with a 3x onsite weekly schedule and night shifts.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery experience from initiation to closure.
• Strong IT and End-User Support project management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors, Partners).
• Proven on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Experience with global stakeholders across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to work at UP Ayala Technohub, hybrid, and night/rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for End-User Support–related projects.
• Manage end-user technology rollouts and refreshes (devices, peripherals).
• Improve service desk and IT support processes.
• Coordinate Workplace tools and collaboration platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across IT, Business, Vendors, and Partners
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder reviews, and executive updates
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones; align communication and execution
• Ensure alignment with Manulife IT standards and delivery frameworks
• Support cutover planning, end-user readiness, communications, and post-implementation reviews
