Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced IT Delivery / Business Solutions Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and operations of critical applications across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Integrity, and Legal functions. The role partners with global stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions in a complex environment.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and strategic consulting to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years managing full lifecycle IT projects and enterprise apps.
• Experience delivering global projects."
• Experience leading programs or cross-functional initiatives without direct people management.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, security controls, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to deployment, within scope, time, and budget.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and operational performance for critical business applications.
• Manage application lifecycles including provisioning, enhancements, support, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Serve as primary escalation point for major service and application issues.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define technology roadmaps and strategic solutions.
• Ensure systems meet security, governance, and regulatory obligations.
