Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Factory/Plant Controller to drive financial performance and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to provide clear insights into product profitability, inventory, and reporting.

The role requires CA/CMA with 5–8 years in factory controlling, strong analytical skills, and hands-on SAP FICO CO-PA experience. Excel and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA or equivalent in Finance & Accounting.
• 5–8 years in Factory Controlling/Business Controlling with FP&A.
• Manufacturing experience essential; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-financial KPIs like Order Backlog and Gross Margin.
• Support month-end/year-end closings, accruals, and forecasting.
• Review income statements, balance sheets, and variances.
• Perform working capital and inventory analysis and optimization.
• Ensure SOX/compliance and internal control effectiveness.
