Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) is seeking a Global Inventory Control & Optimization Lead to drive data-driven improvements across Asia, Europe, and Mexico. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, optimize inventory, and implement SAP-enabled controls and dashboards to improve working capital and service levels.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep inventory specialization, and the ability to influence across sites in a fast-paced, matrixed, global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading inventory optimization initiatives.
• Experience across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Influence across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global inventory performance across IMI operations.
• Balance inventory investment with service and efficiency.
• Track metrics: turns, aged, E&O, accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional actions with Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Develop and execute global inventory optimization strategies.
• Drive inventory reduction and working capital improvements.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize processes, KPIs, and routines across sites.
• Support SAP-based inventory processes and controls.
• Develop dashboards and automation for decision-making.
