Job summary

WTW is seeking a Communication Coordinator to join a global team that brings communication strategies to life through high-quality content, digital channels and project coordination. You will support across businesses, functions and geographies, delivering engaging content to support priorities.

In this fast-paced role, you will build expertise in internal and external communications, change management and AI-enabled tools while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of experience in internal or external communication, marketing or public relations.
• Excellent listening, writing, editing and interpersonal skills; ability to translate information into clear communications.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, functions, cultures and geographies.
• Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumen.
• Ability to interpret input from multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and prioritize workload.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations and time zones, including occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, format, edit and quality-check a wide range of communications including presentations, emails, newsletters and intranet content.
• Support development and delivery of communications activities aligned to business objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans and communication schedules; coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Gather and synthesize information from subject matter experts to support clear communications.
• Review content for clarity, readability, accessibility and quality; ensure brand and style alignment.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve quality while maintaining human review.
• Manage and publish content through channels like SharePoint, Poppulo, Viva Engage, Teams and Outlook.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external resources for translation, design or video production.
• Provide support for virtual events (Town Halls), including scheduling and setup.
• Proactively identify improvements and risks; ensure publication readiness and accuracy.
• Build relationships across teams and geographies; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Continue developing communication, change management, project coordination, digital channels and AI skills.
