Job summary

WPP Production seeks a Manager, Content Management to lead a team of content managers and leads. You will support the Head of Content and ensure delivery of critical content to client websites, while guiding the evolution of CMS platforms and content workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication. Work setup is hybrid (2x WFH, 3x onsite) with night shifts, offering collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in web publishing.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of content managers and leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Experience overseeing CMS platforms and content workflows.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced, hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Content Managers and Senior Content Managers.
• Define team strategy, goals and expectations with Head of Content Management.
• Support content delivery to websites across client properties.
• Oversee CMS evolution and process improvements.
• Manage cross-team relationships and coordinate with HR, Operations, and partner teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for timelines and launches.
• Ensure documentation and training for content processes.
• Oversee resource planning and staffing in consultation with partners.
