Job summary

Compass Experience Labs is seeking a Senior Internal Accountant to manage the financial complexities of a global service delivery model from its Manila operations. You will oversee intercompany charges, payroll reconciliation across geographies, and profitability analysis by location.

The role includes ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, coordinating audits, and supporting annual budgeting processes. You will partner with HR, Operations, and local partners to drive accurate financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
5+ years of experience in a BPO/shared services/global consulting environment.
Strong proficiency with accounting and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

Manage month-end close and financial reporting for a global service delivery model.
Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing with multiple offices.
Lead workforce and payroll analysis across geographies to inform profitability.
Coordinate external audits and statutory filings with local partners.
Oversee revenue recognition for diverse contract types (FTE, transactional, outcome-based).
Support forecasting, budgeting, and leadership across Operations Finance and Payroll teams.
