Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 5+ years in a BPO/shared services/global consulting environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Global Accounting and Payroll systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and international labor/tax laws.
• Analysis: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (Power Query, Data Modeling) for high-volume data.

Responsibilities

• Intercompany and transfer pricing: manage month-end billing and annual transfer pricing audits.
• Workforce and utilization analysis: reconcile payroll across geographies and analyze cost per seat.
• Revenue recognition: oversee billing for FTE-based, transactional, and outcome-based pricing models.
• Global statutory compliance: coordinate journal entries and year-end filings with local firms and regulators.
• Forecasting and budgeting: assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Leadership: oversee Operations Finance and Payroll teams.
