Job summary

ACCA Careers in Manila seeks a General Ledger Accountant to manage month-end close, statutory reporting, and intercompany reconciliation. You will prepare monthly financial reports, post journals, and support annual financial statements, working in a multi-currency environment with cross-location collaboration.

The role requires 0–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Oracle or ERP system experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or College Level Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years relevant experience – preferably with Shared Service Centre and multinational corporation background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to summarize financial data into high quality, accurate and usable summaries.
• Strong computer skills especially MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Financial Reports and Annual Financial Statements.
• Prepare and post journals at month end and analyze balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliant reporting.
