Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in a BPO/shared services/global consulting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in global accounting and payroll systems.
• Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge with international labor/tax exposure.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets (Power Query, Data Modeling) abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end intercompany billing and transfer pricing.
• Reconcile payroll across geographies; analyze cost per seat and utilization.
• Oversee revenue recognition for various pricing models.
• Coordinate journal entries with local accounting firms and tax partners.
• Support budgeting and lead Operations Finance and Payroll teams.
