Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Intercompany Analyst in Manila to execute end-to-end intercompany accounting across processes and entities. You will support balance sheet integrity, timely close, and regional reporting while focusing on AR/AP intercompany activities and data quality.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/finance operations, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP or ERPs. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required and the position is based in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of accounting/finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across teams and regions.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and reconciliation processes.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Execute intercompany accounting activities in accordance with Credo, procedures, SOX and statutory rules.
• Post, reconcile and substantiate intercompany balances accurately.
• Identify gaps, escalate issues and support resolution of reconciliations.
• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end intercompany tasks and aging analyses.
• Support timely financial close per global calendar and reporting needs.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on unsettled items.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and intercompany counterparts to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data integrity and maintenance of documentation to global standards.
• Support data quality during system changes, migrations or transformations.
• Engage in training, knowledge sharing and capability-building activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and standardization.
