Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and follow J&J Credo guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in GSF Accounting.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for GSF; manage simple to medium complex MRCs.
• Ensure timely closing per calendar and SLA; comply with Internal Audit & SOX.
• Maintain accurate actuals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide on-the-job training for new members and support auditors.
