Job summary

This role supports standardized global Intercompany processes and enables smooth close and reporting cycles.

The position focuses on Intercompany AR/AP, recharge accounting, IC stock, GR/IR, or netting, with daily and period-end tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, and close

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 months to 24 months of relevant accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn global processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Intercompany accounting activities in compliance with global standards.
• Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities (posting, matching, clearing, ageing).
• Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open or aged items.
• Support Intercompany dispute resolution and partner communication.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners; identify process improvements.
