You will work within the GSF Accounting area, ensuring accurate accounting, timely close, and adherence to worldwide policies, with opportunities to train new team members and support audit activities.

Qualifications

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in finance processes.
• Deep knowledge of worldwide procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting process area for high complex MRCs.
• Timely closing and execution of financial periods per closing calendar and SLA commitments.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals within scope.
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members / BPO partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
