Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Intercompany Analyst in Taguig. You will execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, supporting balance sheet integrity and smooth close cycles across regions.

The role emphasizes process-centric intercompany work such as AR/AP, recharge accounting, IC stock, GR/IR, or netting, with collaboration across global teams and opportunities for automation and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 18–24 months of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting activities in compliance with J&J Credo, procedures, SOX and statutory requirements.
• Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities: posting, matching, clearing, ageing.
• Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with global close calendar.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and address open or aged items.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners; participate in training and capability-building.
