J&T Express is seeking a Finance Associate in the Philippines to prepare and review financial information, manage account records, process transactions, and analyze data. You will advise Finance Officers and internal teams on best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience; E-Commerce or Logistics exposure is a plus. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
• Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
• Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
• Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.
• Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
• Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
• Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
• Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Providing assistance with payroll administration.
• Keeping records and documenting financial processes.
