OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage import/export shipments, bookings, and related documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and carriers, maintain trackers, and drive process improvements while adapting to a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills. You’ll work across Cubao, Ortigas, and Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/logistics preferred.
• 3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or operational support.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with logistics and freight management systems.
• High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Cubao, Ortigas and Alabang.

Responsabilités

• Execute import/export shipment registrations for airfreight and sea freight.
• Arrange shipment bookings, warehousing, and transportation assignments.
• Prepare shipment details and customs clearance documents.
• Maintain client trackers and shipment status reports.
• Suggest process improvements and update SOPs.
