Job summary

Circles is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for assigned entities. You will close monthly and yearly books using Oracle Fusion, refine processes, and help improve daily finance activities.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, IFRS/SFRS understanding, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with other units, ensure policy compliance, and support ad-hoc finance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.
• Familiarity with IFRS/SFRS and related accounting concepts.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries including fixed assets, payroll, prepayments, provisions and accruals.
• Arrange intercompany recharges, confirmations, and settlements.
• Maintain fixed assets register and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Prepare GST/VAT/WHT reporting and annual statutory financial statements.
• Assist with audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
