Job summary

Circles is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing finance team in Metro Manila. The role covers month-end and year-end closing using Oracle Fusion, handling full sets of accounts for multiple countries, and driving process improvements.

You will prepare journal entries, intercompany recharges, balance sheet schedules, tax filings, and audit support while ensuring compliance with IFRS/SFRS and company policies. A 3-year accounting background and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• IFRS/SFRS knowledge beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries (fixed assets, payroll, prepayments, provisions, accruals).
• Arrange monthly intercompany recharges, confirmations, and settlements.
• Maintain fixed assets register.
