Job summary

RIA Advisory LLC is seeking an Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist (Functional Consultant) to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials and SCM implementations for global clients. The role covers GL, AP, AR, CM, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management across multiple regions, with hands-on configuration and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience, strong R2R & P2P/O2C knowledge, and be capable of coordinating workshops

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Oracle Financials experience.
• 2+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM) and exposure to SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and SCM implementation across global client engagements.
• Configure and implement GL, AP, AR, CM, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements through go-live and post-production support.
• Configure COA, Ledgers, Calendars, SLA rules, and financial workflows.
• Configure SCM components including procurement workflows, inventory structures, item structures, and order orchestration.
• Ensure system readiness via testing and successful production deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 support and assist in data migration and integrations.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and training and identify process improvements.
