Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in ICT management with strategy execution.
• Align ICT strategy with business objectives and operations.
• Experience in cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT projects, and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud-first strategies and hybrid IT environments.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and change management.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance and data security.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and ROI-focused investments.
• Proven track record in large IT projects and process optimisation.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation and data analytics.
