Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or executive education in technology is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership across infrastructure, apps, security, data, and digital transformation.
• Strong coding background and hands-on system development experience.
• Experience leading ERP/CRM/HRIS and related enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets, licenses, and vendor contracts.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage organizational change.
• Industry exposure to regulated sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap.
• Govern core business applications ensuring integration, security, and support.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and end-user services.
• Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, backup, and disaster recovery programs.
• Set IT policies, standards, budgets, and vendor management strategies.
• Build BI capabilities and analytics to drive data-led decisions across functions.
• Drive project portfolio from business case to benefits realization, on time and budget.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT organisation and talent pipeline.
• Collaborate across commercial, financial, supply chain, and operations to enable value.
