Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable/Collections within Global Finance. You will drive cash performance, forecast accuracy, and governance while guiding a multi‑team organization across regions.

You will balance cash optimization with customer relationships, train leaders, and partner with FP&A to align strategic targets. This role is based in Taguig, Philippines, and requires onsite presence with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or related professional certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive Finance/Invoice‑to‑Cash experience with 4–7 years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end collections operations across multiple teams and portfolios within a defined scope.
• Drive cash performance metrics (DSO, past‑due, write‑offs) while balancing customer relationships.
• Oversee period‑end close activities, ensuring accuracy and control.
• Own consolidated collections and AR forecasting, ensuring forward‑looking visibility.
• Partner with FP&A and senior stakeholders to align forecasts with financial plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities; implement corrective actions to meet plan.
• Mentor and develop the collections team; build leadership and succession.
• Influence cross‑functional partners to resolve systemic issues affecting cash flow.
• Contribute to regional strategy and playbooks for Collections governance.
