Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an HR Specialist based in Lipa, PH, to provide end-user support for employees around the world. You will handle front-line inquiries, assist with HRIS, policies, and employee handbooks, and escalate complex issues to the right resource with a customer-focused mindset.

In addition to assisting customers, you will perform clerical tasks, maintain records, and contribute to updating runbooks in line with ITIL-inspired practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
• Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be task oriented, possess exceptional people skills and be reliable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet, copier, fax and other business machines.
• Ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
• Call Center experience
