ING Hubs Philippines leads a broad, high-impact People Services portfolio, driving reliable service delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with global and local teams, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to scale solutions and enhance employee experiences worldwide.

The role requires 15+ years in operations/HR-shared services with 10+ years in people leadership, and strong Workday knowledge to guide migrations, governance, and change

Qualificações

• 15+ years in operations, HR shared services, or similar environments.
• At least 10 years in people leadership roles.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
• Proven migrations, transitions, or transformation program experience.
• Strong SLA/KPI governance, audit readiness and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop teams in a fast-changing international setting.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end daily operations for employee lifecycle services.
• Oversee a complex, multi-service portfolio across countries and stakeholders.
• Drive migrations and onboarding of new services into Manila.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Ensure governance via KPI monitoring, compliance, and audits.
• Coach and develop experts and specialists.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex operational matters.
• Represent Manila operations in global forums.
