Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Global HR Operations and HR Shared Services.
• Experience leveraging AI for process automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven analytics.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in multi-country/global populations.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and AI-enabled HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled automation of HR processes and services across the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver end-to-end global HR operations support with focus on data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Operate within a global shared services model, aligning with regional HR teams and centers of excellence.
• Lead governance and continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and data integrity.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
