Job summary

Boẹringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Analyst, Integration & Automation to join its global HR IT organization. You will design, support and enhance integrations connecting HR, payroll and enterprise apps in a complex global environment.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements, translate them into designs, and ensure scalable data exchange across critical systems. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years in a similar enterprise integration or IT role.
Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or Sterling Integrator and related platforms.
Understanding of integration architecture, APIs, data transformation and messaging.
Experience with HR, payroll, SAP, SuccessFactors or ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document integration requirements with HR stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
Design and support interfaces and automation across enterprise applications.
Analyze existing integration landscapes for improvements.
Collaborate with developers, vendors and project teams to implement integrations.
Support system upgrades, transformation and modernization efforts.
Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure reliable interfaces.
Drive continuous improvement and automation in HR technology.
