Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the country finance function with full P&L ownership and strategic oversight. You will partner with regional and global leaders to drive growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will oversee FP&A, accounting, controls, and statutory compliance, influence senior stakeholders, and guide budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across a multinational operation.

Qualifications

• CPA with 13+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting, controls, and statutory compliance.
• Proven business partner with experience driving transformation initiatives.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance activities to provide accurate and timely financial information for business decisions.
• Oversee financial planning and reporting processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Review financial results and highlight key trends for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain clear finance records and reporting standards across assigned activities.
• Coordinate finance priorities to support consistent delivery of business plans.
• Provide financial insight that helps teams understand business performance.
• Monitor finance processes and identify practical ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with relevant teams to align financial information with operational needs.
