Ideal candidates hold a CPA with a strong FP&A background, robust regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in the property industry is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
