Citco invites applications for a Financial Reporting leadership role. The candidate will manage preparation and coordination of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, including regulatory reporting, while maintaining client and auditor relationships.

Key responsibilities include supervising engagements, budgeting, ensuring disclosures are complete, and coordinating with global teams to deliver timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 5 years external audit or relevant financial reporting experience.
• At least 3 years in team and client management in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management and hedge funds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Review annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements per GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee engagements, planning, budgeting, client relations and staff delegation.
• Ensure footnote disclosures accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for year-end processes.
• Identify and communicate regulatory updates to the team.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to staff.
