The Citco Group Limited in the Philippines seeks a senior financial reporting professional to manage the preparation and coordination of financial statements and regulatory reporting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. You will also manage client and auditor relationships across engagements.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, ensuring disclosure accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating regulatory updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 5 years external audit experience or relevant financial reporting experience.
At least 3 years in team and client management in supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS in asset management context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Review annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
Oversee engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationships and staff delegation.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of footnote disclosures and disclosures per regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors on year-end processes.
Identify and communicate regulatory updates to the team and management.
