Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior Fund Administration leader to drive operations, coach supervisors, and ensure client deliverables. You will oversee recruitment, capacity planning, risk controls, and process improvements across global teams, while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with finance operations standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in financial services fund accounting, 3+ years in people management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA is an advantage.
• 6+ years’ experience in Financial Services, Fund Accounting environments.
• 3+ years’ experience managing people.
• Knowledge of Custody processes is an advantage.
• Exposure to systems implementations and workflow initiatives would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work mid-shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and coaching of staff including Supervisors and direct reports.
• Oversee recruitment, staff assessment and capacity planning.
• Create an environment of cooperation through delegation, empowerment, training and motivation.
• Oversee daily operations and provide support to achieve department goals and client deliverables.
• Active client relationship management with Local office counterparts.
• Review performance reports and dashboards to ensure targets are met.
• Assess risk areas and implement controls to address concerns.
