Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 5+ years external audit or financial reporting experience.
• 3+ years experience in team and client management in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management and hedge funds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA or non-CPA candidates welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willing to work in Makati/Alabang/Clark and in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Review annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Oversee engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationship management and staffing.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of footnote disclosures and related regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors; manage year-end financial statement process.
• Lead identification, research and communication of accounting, reporting and regulatory updates.
• Review regulatory reports and ensure timely submissions with global teams.
• Identify issues and escalate significant matters to senior management.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to strengthen knowledge and achieve goals.
