Job summary

Partners Group in Manila seeks a Bank Account Management professional to handle opening, maintenance and closure of global bank accounts. You will manage relationships with bank counterparties and service providers, prepare signatory lists, coordinate document execution, and maintain data and controls.

The role requires a degree in business, finance or economics, fluency in English, and experience in banking or finance.

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English (oral/written) and hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics.
• You have some work experience, preferably in banking, finance or office administration.
• Experience in an international environment or in the financial industry is a plus.
• You are a fast learner with strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts globally.
• Managing relationships with bank counterparties and service providers.
• Preparing signatory lists and detailing staff empowered to sign documents.
• Coordinating execution of documents.
• Maintaining internal databases and automated controls.
• Drafting and maintaining processes and procedures.
• Educating and training new team members on bank account processes.
