The ideal candidate will have a BS degree with 2 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent English communication to interact with global program management and local personnel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting or related field.
• 2 years professional experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Strong root-cause analysis and analytical mindset.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or Sigma for data reporting.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and resolve payment queues to ensure timely approvals.
• Engage with Copeland Global and third-party systems to resolve invoice issues.
• Support the allocation of global freight expense to required general ledger codes.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to drive business improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
