Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for the Logistics Spend team. The role is hybrid, based in Quezon City and Manila, Philippines, reporting to the Supply Chain group.

You will manage freight payment processes, coordinate with global teams, develop dashboards, and support cost allocations with strong Excel and Power BI skills. The ideal candidate has a BS degree and 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or data analytics, with excellent English

Qualifications

• BS degree in business, engineering, CS or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in supply chain/logistics, finance or data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; strong data reporting skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Sigma; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage spend visibility processes and resolve payment queues promptly.
• Coordinate with Copeland Global and third-party systems for invoice issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for management review.
• Support global freight expense allocation and general ledger coding.
