Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Pricing Analyst & Overseas Commercial Support specialist to manage air and ocean freight pricing for international shipments. You will work with carriers, overseas agents and the Canada office to ensure competitive quotations and strong service delivery.

Based in the Philippines or China, you will support routing, procurement and timely forwarding of quotes, while maintaining price databases and fostering key logistics partnerships for regional trade lanes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in international freight forwarding.
Hands-on experience pricing air and ocean freight.
Strong understanding of Incoterms and freight pricing structures.
Experience coordinating with international agents, carriers, and providers.
Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
Commercial mindset with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage air and ocean freight pricing for international shipments.
Secure competitive rates from carriers, co-loaders, agents, truckers, and providers.
Support Sales by developing accurate, competitive quotations.
Analyze routing options, transit times, carrier performance, and costs.
Coordinate pricing requests with international agents and transport providers.
Forward quotations and pricing updates to the Canadian office within timelines.
Assist with procurement and negotiation of logistics services across trade lanes.
Maintain relationships with overseas partners, clients, carriers, and providers.
Maintain internal pricing records, rate sheets, and databases.
Support inside sales and customer pricing inquiries as required.
