Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Ocean Logistics Sourcing Analyst to support global ocean freight sourcing, rate management, contract administration, spend analytics, supplier coordination, and transportation reporting. In this role you will partner with logistics sourcing, regional teams, freight forwarders, carriers, finance, and other stakeholders to drive efficient, cost-effective ocean operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics sourcing, ocean freight, or related fields.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support ocean freight sourcing activities and rate management.
• Upload ocean rates and maintain rate cards.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and finance teams.
• Produce spend analytics and dashboards using Power BI.
• Maintain contract documentation and vendor data.
