Job summary

Inteluck Corporation is seeking a seasoned freight forwarding professional in Metro Manila to oversee daily operations across sea, air, and road freight, coordinating with carriers, customers, and agents to meet shipment timelines and KPIs.

The role requires extensive experience in import/export, strong leadership, and a client-oriented mindset to develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with shipping lines and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
• Has 5-8+ years’ experience in import/export business, trucking and deliveries.
• Prior experience in big global freight forwarding companies.
• Knowledgeable in IMPEX process and local regulations.
• Good coordination with forwarders and brokers.
• Client-oriented with sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of all delivery modes: trucking, airline, shipping.
• Managerial skills: leadership, problem-solving, planning & organizing, negotiation.
• Excellent computer skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily freight forwarding activities across sea, air, road, import/export processes and warehousing.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers, and agents; track arrival dates.
• Prepare shipping instructions and liaise with shipping lines.
• Maintain accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, and KPIs.
• Develop relationships with shipping lines and clients; ensure customer inquiries are answered.
• Lead and train staff; document cross-training.
