Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business Management.
• 1 to 2 years extensive work experience in any cargo related function in a shipping industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete and accurate validation of all documents related to the creation of Bill of Lading for export shipments.
• Complete and accurate validation of documents related to the creation of Delivery Order for import shipments.
• Accurate and on-time processing of Bill of Lading adjustments.
• On-time and accurate creation of pre-advise and online release related to acceptance and releasing of shipment.
• Ensure no incident of releasing of shipment without payment.
• On-time, complete and accurate remittance to the bank.
