Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila seeks a Financial Analyst to support the business unit with periodic reporting and analysis, including forecasting, variance analysis, invoicing, and month-end close activities. You will collaborate with partners in Manila and Chicago to meet financial goals.

You will perform monthly/quarterly reporting, assist in annual budgeting, prepare management reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA a plus but not required.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, treasury or related finance areas.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Strong Excel and BI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Involves monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist in annual budgeting and ensuring data integrity.
• Process invoices, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Manila and Chicago partners to achieve financial goals.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
