Job summary

Northern Trust Manila is seeking an Associate Training Consultant with a strong background in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, or related financial services. The role partners with business stakeholders and SMEs to design and deliver learning solutions that support the Financial Reporting function globally.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and collaborative team player.
• Preferred experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning sessions.
• Experience within financial services, asset management, fund administration, banking, or professional services environments.
• A.02 Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
