The Associate Consultant, Training will identify business needs and design training programs, conduct and facilitate sessions, analyze evaluations, and advise management on improvements. A degree is required; SHRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or some relevant work in training area for a financial services environment is required.
• Related Industry qualification (e.g. SHRM) / or studying towards, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and design general training programs for stakeholders.
• Conduct and facilitate training programs for corporate or specific business unit groups.
• Analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Consult with management regarding design and production of training programs.
• May develop project plans and identify subject matter experts as needed.
• May manage ongoing vendor relationships and evaluate offerings.
