Job summary

State Street is seeking experienced professionals to provide end-to-end financial reporting support for investment clients. You will coordinate with global teams, manage client relationships, and drive on-time regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

The role requires deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, and 7–10 years of mutual funds/hedge funds experience, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong financial reporting and regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting requirements for funds.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for client service and relationship management.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor day-to-day team performance and provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee implementation of standard practices, processes, tools and regulatory initiatives.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and risk management at the business level.
