Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Reporting Manager to lead the GBS Record to Report function. You will guide multiple managers, delivering accurate month-end results and financial analysis while modernizing reporting through AI-enabled tools.

Role requires US GAAP expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with regional finance teams. Work schedule includes a 2nd shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM), onsite for the first six months and hybrid thereafter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• At least 5 years leading multiple teams or managers.
• US GAAP knowledge and experience with multinational balances.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting/visualization tech; aware of AI tools such as Claude/ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple managers and their teams in delivering accurate month-end results and reporting.
• Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and insights.
• Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes for global alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (SARBOX).
• Partner with stakeholders and transformation teams for business analysis and reporting change.
