PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Global Finance Operations Manager – CMA & RTR to lead end-to-end CMA processes within the RTR function. You will oversee accruals, provisions, billing, and settlements, driving accurate financial reporting and strong governance across a global shared services environment.

The role requires proven leadership in finance operations, deep understanding of accruals and reconciliations, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in RTR, financial reporting and shared services.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance operations teams.
• Deep understanding of accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CMA team, ensuring alignment with global RTR and finance objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end CMA processes including accruals, provisions, billing, and settlements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Review reconciliations for accruals, payments, and balance sheet accounts.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies.
• Manage customer agreements lifecycle including documentation, approvals, and governance.
• Partner with Credit and Collections teams to reduce aged receivables and resolve disputes.
• Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment of finance operations.
• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure readiness of documentation.

Job Summary

The Global Finance Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) within the Record-to-Report (RTR) function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and efficient operations across accruals, provisions, and customer settlements.
