Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Finance Data and Process Lead to oversee OPEX data insights and financial reporting on a global scale. You will own reporting accuracy, drive data model improvements, and collaborate with Finance BI, IT, and stakeholders to enhance capabilities.

In this role, you will ensure adherence to IFRS standards, develop SOPs, and guide cross-functional projects. A strong analytics background and SAP expertise are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Finance Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with Management Reporting, KPI development, and financial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models; experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IFRS reporting standards.
• Experience working within project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global SME for OPEX data insights and financial reporting.
• Own and maintain accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements to financial data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance BI, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Provide financial insights and act as a trusted advisor to the global finance community.
• Develop, implement, and support effective business process controls and governance.
• Own and maintain SOPs related to OPEX Data Controlling.
• Support cross-functional projects involving financial reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
